1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ANUNexus website and its services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

The user acknowledges that ANUNexus is an independent, unofficial service provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Alexandria National University (ANU) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

4. Purchases and Payments

No Chargebacks: All purchases of digital products, modules, or access to content are final. The user explicitly agrees not to issue a chargeback on their credit card or any other payment method for any purchase made on the Service. Any disputes should be directed to ANUNexus support.

Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, you will have access to the digital content, and we cannot revoke this access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, and software, is the property of ANUNexus or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express written permission from ANUNexus.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
